Our Application Laboratory
Supported by technical cooperation with Tianjin University of Science and Technology, our laboratory validates every formulation under conditions that match your mill — not just ours.
- We test with your own base paper and white water before you commit to a commercial order.
- Pilot equipment simulates wet-end dosing, curing and sizing performance.
- Comparison trials help you choose the right grade (e.g. AKD 1840 vs 1865 vs 1895) for your furnish and machine speed.
Quality Control at Every Step
1. Incoming Inspection
Raw materials are tested against specification before entering production.
2. In-Process Control
Key parameters are monitored throughout reaction and emulsification.
3. Pre-Shipment Testing
Every batch is tested for the parameters on its TDS before release.

A Certificate of Analysis accompanies each shipment for full traceability.
