Fatty Alcohol-Based Defoamer

Efficient Foam Control with Azpc® FA-D01 Fatty Alcohol Defoamer
Azpc® FA-D01 is a fatty alcohol-based defoamer specifically developed for foam control in water-based papermaking systems. Composed of fatty alcohols, emulsifiers, and specialty surfactants, this alcohol-based antifoam provides quick foam knockdown and lasting suppression, especially in high-temperature and high-shear environments.
With its excellent environmental profile and low chemical oxygen demand (COD), Azpc® FA-D01 is ideal for customers seeking an eco-friendly defoamer for paper manufacturing without compromising on efficiency.
It is especially effective in systems where silicone-based defoamers may cause deposit or interfere with surface sizing, making it a valuable alternative for clean, smooth production runs.
