Azpc® Si-D02 – Silicone-Based Defoamer for Versatile Foam Control in Papermaking

Azpc® Si-D02 is a silicone defoamer for the paper industry, formulated with modified siloxanes and emulsifiers to provide quick foam elimination and long-lasting control. It performs efficiently in both aqueous and non-aqueous systems, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of industrial paper-making environments. The product contains no harmful substances and meets regulatory safety standards.

Application

Ideal for pulping, coating, and paper finishing processes, Azpc® Si-D02 is widely used to reduce foam-related issues in high-speed machines and closed-loop water systems. Its fast-defoaming action and wide temperature tolerance make it suitable for harsh operating conditions, ensuring system stability and reduced downtime.

    • High-speed papermaking lines (including tissue and packaging grades)

    • Pulping and bleaching stages

    • Recycled fiber deinking systems

    • Coating color kitchens and starch preparation

    • Evaporation and condensate recovery units in paper mills

Packaging and storage

  1. 200kg PE drums.
  2. Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, avoid storing in the open air, at room temperature. (4-30 °C indoor cool place)
  3. Shelf life: 6 months.
