Azpc® Pe-D01 – Polyether-Based Defoamer for Water-Based Paper Systems

Azpc® Pe-D01 is a high-efficiency polyether defoamer designed specifically for water-based paper production processes. Developed for stable, long-lasting foam suppression, this defoaming agent features excellent dispersibility, rapid foam knockdown, and strong compatibility with aqueous systems. As a non-silicone, eco-friendly defoaming solution, it is ideal for use in applications requiring minimal residue and clean performance.

Application

Azpc® Pe-D01 is well-suited for water-based paper coatings, pulping, and wastewater treatment systems where stable anti-foaming performance is critical. It is particularly effective when added during the initial stage of the process to prevent foam formation. This foam control agent ensures a smooth run on paper machines and improves the consistency and quality of the final paper sheet.

Packaging and storage

  1. 200kg PE drums.
  2. Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, avoid storing in the open air, at room temperature. (4-30 °C indoor cool place)
