Essential Chemicals for Superior Packaging Paper & Board

From strength enhancement to environmental compliance, our solutions address critical challenges in producing packaging paper & board

AKD wax, alkyl ketene dimer wax, can be divided into 3 models: AKD 1840, AKD 1865 and AKD 1895, is mainly used for internal sizing of various paper, such as copper plate base paper, copy paper, archival paper, high quality writing paper and corrugated paper.
AKD wax is usually used together with AKD emulsifier, AKD dispersant, AKD stabilizer to make AKD emulsion.

AMAZON provide technical support for new customers in AKD emulsion production process.

Our innovative defoamers are designed to quickly eliminate foam and optimize industrial processes. Our defoamers use advanced technology to quickly eliminate unwanted foam in water-based and oil-based systems, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted production. They are highly compatible with other additives and maintain process stability, making them ideal for paper, coatings, printing inks and water treatment applications. Environmentally friendly and low in VOCs, our defoamers help reduce downtime and improve overall product quality while meeting strict regulatory standards.

  • Silicone-based: low surface tension and can quickly penetrate the foam film, destroying the stability of the foam.
  • Polyether based: reduce the surface tension of the foam, making the surface of the foam film unstable, thereby promoting the collapse of the foam.
  • Fatty alcohol-based: destroy the foam structure and reduce the stability of the foam through hydrophobic effects and lubricity characteristics.

Azpc® IS14 is a blend of isothiazolinones. It is composed of 5 – chloro – 2 – methyl – 4 – thiazoline – 3 -ketone (CMIT) and 2 – methyl – 4 – thiazolinone – 3 ketone (MIT). Azpc® IS14 can quickly inhibit their growth, thus leading to death of these microbes. It has strong inhibition and biocidal effects on ordinary bacteria, fungi and alga, and has many advantages such as high biocidal efficiency, good degradation, no residual, safety in operation, good compatibleness and good stabilization.

Azfc® DS Series is a high-performance dry strength agent widely used across various paper grades, including packaging paper, tissue paper, newsprint, and cultural paper. Designed to improve paper quality and reduce production costs, Azfc® DS Series enhances key physical properties such as folding resistance, burst strength, stiffness, and ring compression strength. Thanks to its high molecular weight and volume, it forms more hydrogen bonds and remains effectively on the fiber surface, delivering superior reinforcing performance even in papers made from recycled fibers or high filler content.

This dry strength agent operates effectively across the full pH range, fully ionizing in solution to form strong ionic and hydrogen bonds with pulp fibers. The product promotes enhanced fiber bonding through cation-anion interactions and functional groups such as amides and hydroxyls. As a result, Azfc® DS Series not only boosts paper dry strength by more than 10%, but also improves fines retention and drainage, making it the ideal choice for papermakers seeking strength enhancement and operational efficiency.

Azsize® R35 is cationic and suitable for sizing paper and paperboard with waste pulp or wood pulp as raw material under acidic and weakly acidic conditions. In the case of variations in papermaking conditions (pH, amount of aluminum sulfate added, type of pulp), a stable sizing effect is still exhibited. Maintain a good sizing effect under the condition of sealing (recycling of white water). Compared with ordinary cationic rosin sizing agent, the sizing efficiency is higher.
