Azakd® DN100 is an anionic surface-active agent that is easily soluble in water, acid, alkali, and hard water. This AKD dispersant offers excellent diffusive and protective colloidal properties, making it ideal for use in AKD emulsion systems. It features strong dispersing capabilities and shows good affinity with protein and polyamide components, ensuring stable and effective dispersion.
Azakd® DN100 is typically used together with AKD wax, AKD emulsifier, and AKD stabilizer to produce high-quality AKD emulsions. Application
- Azakd ® DN100 is soluble in water. acid, alkali and hard water, with good dispersion properties. It can wildly used for AKD emulsion, dye dispersion and diffusion of color lakes manufacturing additives.
- Azakd ® DN100 affinity for protein and polyamide fiber, no affinity for cotton, hemp and other fibers.
Packaging and storage
- 25kg bags.
- Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, avoid storing in the open air, at room temperature. (4-30℃ indoor cool place)
- Shelf life: 24 months.
