Hydrogen Peroxide Stabilizer

Optimize Your Bleaching Process with Azpc® HPS: Superior Stabilization and Scale Inhibition
Azpc® HPS is a high molecular weight organic polymer designed to enhance hydrogen peroxide bleaching efficiency in alkaline conditions. It effectively inhibits the rapid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide caused by metal ions such as Fe²⁺, Cu²⁺, and Mn²⁺, ensuring a more stable and efficient bleaching process. With excellent colloidal properties and dispersion capabilities, Azpc® HPS also offers scale inhibition benefits, preventing scaling and corrosion in equipment during bleaching operations. This makes it an ideal choice for industries seeking to optimize bleaching performance while maintaining equipment integrity.
Product Name | Appearance | Ionicity | pH Value | Density (g/ml) |
Azpc® HPS | Yellow to amber transparent liquid | Anionic | 11.0-13.0 | 1.2-1.3 |
Application
- Can significantly reduce hydrogen peroxide consumption, increase pulp brightness, and minimize scaling issues associated with sodium silicate.
- Can be directly added before the hydrogen peroxide introduction point or during hydrogen peroxide blending.
- The dosage may vary depending on the amount of hydrogen peroxide, actual process conditions, and the desired final pulp brightness, typically ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 kg per ton of pulp.
- Pay attention to product compatibility when using under strong alkaline conditions.
