PolyDADMAC

Azfc® PD40 — High-Efficiency PolyDADMAC Cationic Coagulant
Azfc® PD40 is a highly efficient cationic organic polymer coagulant based on PolyDiallylDimethylAmmonium Chloride (PolyDADMAC), widely used in papermaking and water treatment applications. With its high cationic charge density, Azfc® PD40 quickly neutralizes negatively charged impurities in pulp systems, significantly improving fines and filler retention, enhancing drainage performance, and boosting overall paper quality. It performs effectively across a wide pH range and is especially suitable for modern high-speed paper machines that demand consistent and efficient chemical performance. Azfc® PD40 is also highly compatible with retention aids, drainage aids, and strength additives, contributing to a more stable wet-end chemistry and improved operational efficiency.
In water treatment, Azfc® PD40 serves as a primary coagulant, effectively removing suspended solids, reducing turbidity, accelerating settling, and minimizing sludge volume. The product features low viscosity, easy dilution, and convenient handling, making it ideal for continuous dosing systems. With its excellent stability and high efficiency, Azfc® PD40 has become a trusted solution for customers seeking to optimize process stability and reduce total operating costs.
